I don’t know what this is… but it’s over the top!

On the first day, it looks like a large-cup — no evidence of splitting at all. But after a couple days, the corona segments grow out, arriving at what is shown here.

The form suggests J.W.A. Lefeber, such as Trepolo, Broadway Star, and Donaupark.

But all of these, and those by W.F. Leenen, have white fluffs on the corona segments. This one has no white at all. Further, these segments are rectangles with square corners!

Plus, Lefeber varieties are variable. But this one isn’t — no variation at all.

There are no problems with division… it’s starry-eyed clump city.
